As the global demand for oil and gas energy rises, there is a need for more players in the industry. This also comes in with greater responsibility of protecting the environment and the communities in which these minerals are found. Hence, Big Oil has a Green Agenda policy which is a Directive to always do right by the environment and the human race.
Big Oil has processes based on industry and proven best practices that lay out the requirements and procedures for achieving higher levels of safety, health and environmental objectives. This requires complete commitment from the entire workforce, partners and all stakeholders and requires us to pass it on to the next generation.
Leaders at Big Oil set clear expectations, guide, monitor and shape the behaviors of our people and world. By following set procedures, recognizing hazards, providing feedback and stopping unnecessary destructions, workers help prevent incidents that are dangerous to the environment.
